Cancellation Policy

GStars Academy Holiday Camps – Booking Policy Cancellations for bookings can made up to 72hrs before a session starts. If for any reason you have an emergency that requires you to cancel any later than this please send us an email. All spaces must be pre-booked to secure your child’s place. Drop-in sessions may be available subject to space; however, these will not qualify for the discounted pre-booked rates. Discounts apply when booking multiple days or longer sessions, with the best value offered for full-day bookings and the full 4-day camp option. Activities vary each day and may include gymnastics, acrobatics, games, dance, and themed activities depending on the time of year, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for all children. Please note that parents must provide their child with a packed lunch (for full-day attendees) and suitable snacks for those doing half days. All children should bring a water bottle and wear appropriate clothing for gymnastics and active movement. We are a strict NUT-FREE zone. If your child is not currently a member of GStars Academy or registered with IGA (Independent Gymnastics Association) through another gymnastics club, an additional £13.99 insurance fee will apply. This insurance covers participation for the full 4 days of camp. Please ensure all medical and emergency contact information Is noted on your booking form and any medications needed are packed with the gymnast on the day. For pricing information, half-day, full-day, and 4-day discounted rates are available, with savings applied for booking more hours and days in advance.
