Service Description

For ages 13yrs+ who are intersted in becoming a Qualified Gymnastics Coach. A 2hr mix of learning skills and learning to teach skills. Sessions will include training of gymnastics, acro + tumble skills (1hr.) Learning how to teach a warm up, prepare sessions, supporting basic skills, prepping harder skills, understanding the muscles in the body and how to strengthen and stretch them. All Nasa Members will be given a Tshirt to wear as uniform (Payment included in fees.) Option to purchase spare Tshirts for Uniform or a hoodie/sweatshirt. Over time these students will get the opportunity to step into the coaching role as an assistant. In order to pass this course, you must safely show how to do different skills, safely show how to support different skills, conduct a sufficient warm up and cool down and show that you can organise and plan an entire session. To Pass A minimum of 10hrs assistant coaching, a lesson plan and a First Aid Course will be required to pass. You will be able to choose from classes during the week or weekend to help assist. Cancellation Policy

GStars Academy – Booking Policy 1. Booking and Registration All classes must be booked in advance through the GStars Academy online booking system or by contacting the club directly. Places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. A completed registration form and payment are required to secure a place. Returning members will be given priority booking during re-enrolment periods. 2. Payment Full payment for the term (or block of sessions) must be made prior to the first class. We accept payments via bank transfer, debit/credit card, cash or online invoice. Trial sessions are offered free subject to availability and must be booked in advance. 3. Refunds and Cancellations Fees are non-refundable once the term has started, except in exceptional circumstances (at the club’s discretion). If a class is cancelled by GStars Academy (e.g. coach illness, facility closure), a replacement session or credit will be offered. Missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or personal reasons cannot be refunded or carried over. 4. Class Transfers and Waiting Lists Transfers to a different class (day, time, or level) can be requested and will be accommodated where possible. If a class is full, your child may be placed on a waiting list and contacted when a space becomes available. 5. Attendance and Punctuality Please arrive on time so that gymnasts can take part in warm-up and avoid injury. Repeated lateness or non-attendance may result in the loss of the gymnast’s place. 6. Safety and Conduct All gymnasts must follow the coach’s instructions and club safety rules. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children are collected promptly after class. GStars Academy reserves the right to refuse entry or discontinue participation for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour. 7. Data Protection Personal information is used solely for club administration, Insurance and communication purposes in accordance with GDPR regulations. 8. Policy Updates GStars Academy reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
